All orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days from Melbourne, Australia.
We are no longer responsible for your package after handing it to the shipping provider. We are also not responsible if the package gets lost, stolen or damaged after it has been sent out.

If the item is faulty (manufacturing issue) we would be happy to exchange the same item for you. However if the item is unavailable, we would be happy to give you a store credit.
